The stickiness of patches is based on many factors such as your physical activities, environmental details (humidity, etc.) all play a factor in their ability to properly adhere to your skin. When using, make sure your skin is fully cleansed before application (taking extra care to remove/exfoliate any dry skin) and, when they become less sticky, gently rub the patch into your skin for a few minutes. As long as they are on your skin, they are working. This is even if they aren't "sticking" to your skin. Dermaclara also recommends wearing a form fitting shirt to keep them in place. They also created their proprietary Patch Prep™ to prolong the life of your patches. It cleans oil and residue from your patches, reactivating adhesion.
