All doctor conversations are done through a text chat. Text based-conversations are an easier medium for patients to communicate with doctors. It allows patients to multitask while chatting with a doctor and be able to upload clear high quality pictures or videos of their issues for their assigned physician to investigate them easily without the internet speed limitations or interruptions. Furthermore, it is easier for patients to see their recent doctor/patient transcripts and follow their doctor’s advice for their medical issue.

The doctors can diagnose all common ailments by taking a detailed history, reviewing images, videos and checking relevant investigations. Some common medical conditions are:
